Angel Place
Etched were engaged by Buildcorp to deliver the remaining façade recladding works at Angel Place, a high profile commercial building located within Sydney’s CBD. The project involved the removal of combustible ACP, installation of a non-combustible aluminium façade system, and integration of custom extrusions and fins, all delivered within a constrained, live urban environment. The scope required a high level of coordination, technical control, and compliance oversight to ensure safe delivery, programme alignment, and certification certainty.
